Step 1 (A): Apply Transplanting Gel just like applying regular masacra onto each lash.

Step 2 (B): Apply Natural Fiber using upward motion onto each lash.

Step 3 (C): Re-apply Transplanting Gel using upward motion onto lashes and fiber.

If you want more length or thickness, just simply repeat steps 1-3.

Q: How long does a set last?

A: Our Fiber Lashes Mascara last about 6-12 weeks. Depending on your usage the usage time would differ. We have included in the package a FREE bottle of refill for you to add to your transplanting gel, which for many it will last well over 3 months. Our way of helping you save money and have fabulous luscious long lashes.

Q: When and How do you add the refill?

A: When you feel the transplanting gel is getting clunky, drying up just add about 4 drops into the transplanting gel. Recommended: Add refill to transplanting gel 1 day before next use for better results when applying.

Q: Is Black the only color for Fiber Lashes Mascara?

A: Yes, for now we will only be supplying our Fiber Lashes Mascara in black.

Q: Does Fiber Lashes Mascara leave smudges under the eyes?

A: No, this is one of the most common problems with mascara's and we have taken care of that problem. So, you can wear it all day and night and your lashes will still look perfect and no panda eyes.

Q: Does Fiber Lashes Mascara stay curly or will it droop down at the end of the day?

A: Fabulous lashes is what we promise you, so that's what your going to get. The curls that Fiber Lashes Mascara creates will last all day and night. They will not droop, will not smudge, and won't need to be retouched.

Q: Many mascara's out in the market today promises everything you guys promise, why is Fiber Lashes different?

A: Well, before answering this question, there's some correction that needs to be made. There are no other mascara that promises all solution to mascara problem in one mascara. In order for you to get long lashes, you will need to buy a mascara that's made for length. If want full and thickness, you'll need to get another that's made for that result. If you want curly lashes, you'll need to get another. If you want water proof, another. If you want smudge proof (well, no one other than us can really deliver this yet). If you want to make sure it doesn't droop (well, no one other than us we've seen can really deliver this yet as well). So, that's 7 different mascara! With Fiber Lashes mascara we have combined all of these into one solution to help you save money and time.

Q: Does Fiber Lashes mascara create the same effects of fake lashes?

A: Yes, but better and with no messing around with glue. Fake lashes are great don't get us wrong, but who have the time to put on and take off fake lashes every single day. They are great for photo shoots, on stage performances, formal evenings, clubbing, etc. We all love those fabulous eyes with fake lashes, but we hate the hassle of putting them on and removing them. You can use Fiber Lashes mascara to create the same look or just use 1, 2, 3 steps for daily use but still have long, luscious, curly lashes that lasts all day without drooping and smudges. If you have fake lashes, great keep them around for special occasions, and use Fiber Lashes mascara as your daily solution for fabulous long lashes. If you don't like using fake lashes because of the difficulties and time consumption of putting them on, then Fiber Lashes mascara is your the solution for you.

Q: I am using eye lash stimulator, and they work great, a little costly, but does have good results. How does Fiber Lashes mascara compare?

A: Technically, eye lash stimulators and Fiber Lashes mascara are two different kinds of eye lash solution. Can't really compare the two products. However, eye lash stimulators is not mascara. So you would still need to have mascara if you want to use mascara for definition and color. Also, eye lash stimulators are very costly. If you use mascara it will make more sense to get Fiber Lashes mascara to save money and time.

Q: Is Fiber Lashes Mascara FDA approved product?

A: Yes, our Fiber Lashes Mascara is FDA approved.

Q: When I remove at the end of the day I'm seeing strips coming off; does Fiber Lashes Mascara cause breakage of natural lashes?

A: No, we have eliminated the problem of semi-permanent eyelash extension side effects (loss of natural lashes and breakage). What we use is Gel based not glue, so what your seeing at the end of the day is actually the fibers coming off with the gel and not your own lashes.

Q: My eyelashes looks clumpy after I put on your Fiber Lashes Mascara, is this normal?

A: No, there shouldn't be any clumping if you are applying it correctly. If you are applying correctly and it is still clumping you should add 4 drops of refill into the Transplanting Gel Tube. If the gel is too dry or too many fibers got inside the gel, it will be difficult to apply and that's why we have included the refill bottle for the Gel (it's like a thinner and makes the gel all brand new again). Note: for better result drop refill into gel tube 24 hrs prior using.
