CYNTHIA BUI’s uniqueness as a designer is her ability to blend the traditional Vietnamese “ao dai,” graceful and elegant on its own, with the sophistication of a Western gown. The result is an updated stylish version that brings together the best of both worlds. Her “ao dai” are hand made with detailed beadings of Swarovski Crystal and intricate hand painted design on a luxurious canvas of silk, making it a wearable piece of art.

All of Cynthia Bui’s gowns and “ao dai” are custom made. The designs shown here are only samples. If you like any of the style, Cynthia will personally design one for you that is tailored to your fit. Simply email us the style you want and we will email back a measuring chart with a diagram and clear instructions on how to measure. Note that although the design will be similar to the ones shown here, it will not be 100% alike, as each piece is the only one of its kind.
