We ship via Standard USPS. Whenever needed, we reserve the right the choose other carriers to deliver the products to you quickly and inexpensively.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Ky Duyen House strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction in all transactions. We do allow returns or exchanges for sizes. A refund or credit will only be given if the merchandise is returned to Ky Duyen House in the exact same condition as originally shipped.

We do ask customers to adhere to the following return policy: Contact Ky Duyen House within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise and inform us that you would like to make a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After you obtain the RMA number, return the merchandise to us by way of an insured carrier. Make sure the merchandise is packed securely and that the proper amount of insurance is indicated. Upon receipt of the merchandise, Ky Duyen House will verify the merchandise condition and issue the refund as follows:

- Defective, broken items, or exchanges for sizes only: purchase amount minus shipping fee - All other reasons: purchase amount minus shipping fee and 20% restocking fee
